If the necessary materials are not provided in a timely manner, the project commencement date will be adjusted accordingly.

- Service Delivery Methods
All services are delivered digitally; no physical shipping is involved.

Cloud Delivery Links: Providing secure cloud-based file-sharing links for website files, design assets, and other relevant project materials.

- Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the project is completed on schedule, the customer is required to:
Provide accurate and complete project requirements.
Supply website text, images, branding materials, and other necessary content as requested.
Provide timely approval of design concepts and feedback on revisions.
Grant access to any third-party platforms required for project completion (where applicable).
Please note that any delays by the customer in providing materials, feedback, or approvals may result in an extension of the project delivery timeline.
- Revisions and Approval
Depending on the service package purchased, the customer may request reasonable design adjustments within the agreed-upon scope for revisions.
All revisions must remain within the scope of services defined in the original order. Requests for additional pages, extra features, or work outside the original project scope may require a separate quote and customer approval.
Upon project completion, we will notify the customer via email or a preview link to obtain final approval.
- Service Completion Criteria
The service shall be considered complete upon the occurrence of any of the following:
Website design files have been sent to the email address specified by the customer.
Project files have been provided to the customer via a cloud-based link.
A website preview link has been sent and made accessible to the customer.
The website has been deployed to the customer’s designated domain or hosting platform.
Both parties have confirmed the completion of the project via email or other written communication.
For projects requiring the customer to handle deployment or provide access to third-party platforms, further actions may be required from the customer after the relevant files or access links have been delivered.
- Delivery Delays
We will make reasonable efforts to complete the services within the agreed-upon timeframe.
In the event of unforeseen technical issues, third-party platform failures, delays in the customer providing necessary materials, or other circumstances affecting the project schedule, we will notify the customer promptly via email and provide an updated estimate for the completion timeline.
